SECO 5219-03 Thumb Release Bipods also use SECO's positive grip, non-marring Delrin® Quick Lever technology for easier setup and transition between leveling readings. Durable carbon fiber legs extend independently from 43" (1.1m) to 6' (1.8m), and sit firmly on hard, slippery, or uneven surfaces.
The carbon fiber bipods come with an open thumb screw head that can hold poles between 1-1.25" (25-32mm) in outside diameter. You can also load a 1.5" (38mm) diameter pole into the open clamp from above.
The major difference between SECO's 5217 and 5219 range is the use of extremely lightweight carbon fiber instead of lightweight aluminum as a base material. The SECO 5219-03 Carbon Fiber Thumb Release Bipod weighs just 4.10lb (1.86kg).
